House Renovation in Arrifes: Long-Term Value and Comfort
This complete renovation of a house in the parish of Arrifes was strategically planned to meet the demands of the long-term rental market. The project combined contemporary design, durability and efficiency, resulting in a fully renovated and functional space. The work covered every essential area of the property: we built a new kitchen with a layout optimised for everyday use, renovated the bathrooms with contemporary finishes and new plumbing, and redesigned the bedrooms and shared spaces with highly durable flooring and paintwork that maximises natural light. To improve residents’ comfort and energy savings, we replaced the old windows with new solutions offering excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
