This was the complete renovation of a house intended for holiday accommodation, with careful work inside and out to enhance the property’s comfort, functionality and identity. The interior was renovated to create welcoming, practical spaces equipped to receive guests to a high standard. The work respected the essence of the house while introducing modern solutions, durable materials and finishes designed for demanding tourism use. Outside, the façades were restored and treated with a protective cosmetic coating by Fassa Bortolo, improving the building’s durability, protection and appearance. The outdoor areas were also landscaped to create spaces for leisure and relaxation, with highlights including the swimming pool and a yoga room designed to offer moments of calm, well-being and connection with the surroundings. This renovation transformed the house into distinctive, comfortable holiday accommodation equipped to offer a complete guest experience.
